is an outpatient community mental health clinic that provides a variety of services. The clinic, located in the majestic James Town Square Clock Tower Building in Provo, Utah, serves several
populations including patients seeking help for hypersexual behavior, depression, anxiety, attention-deficit disorders, and gender identity issues. We have a child and adolescent specialist who works with ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, we provide individual, couples, and group therapy.
The clinic operates on a sliding scale and adjusts prices for services based on income levels. We regularly participate in social science research and also support our local universities and colleges by providing learning opportunities for therapists in training.
The PCC opened its doors in 2005 with a small clinical staff of specialized therapists. Our philosophy is about quality treatment and the clinic does not have a goal to grow and expand substantially as we appreciate the close association that is possible with our current arrangement.
Several of our therapists have gained national and international recognition in their area of expertise. All of our clinicians have participated in research and published in peer-reviewed social science journals. Some have published books and authored or co-authored numerous other articles or chapters on mental health issues. We believe in giving back to the community and frequently provide lectures and presentations for community centers, local churches, law enforcement, government agencies, and educational institutions on a volunteer basis. Each clinician at the PCC is independently licensed and the clinic provides an opportunity for collaboration and cross-training with each other.
We look forward to serving you and helping you achieve an optimal state of well-being.
